An easy Mexican recipe combines Soyrizo and tofu pieces served with corn chips.

INGREDIENTS

½ pkg El Burrito Soyrizo or SoyYum Chorizo
1 pkg House Foods Tofu Firm or
Extra Firm, drained
1/2 med. Potato, cubed
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
corn chips to serve

DIRECTIONS

Crumble Soyrizo and Tofu into pan and heat until cooked through
In a separate pan add potato and heat until cooked through. Add bell pepper and onion, cook through
Mix all ingredients and serve with corn chip
