Chalupa Dip is a great vegan recipe with our Soyrizo includes Soyrizo, onion, pinto beans, etc. Perfect to serve warm with chips and veggies.
INGREDIENTS
1 pkg El Burrito Soyrizo or SoyYum Chorizo
2 Tbsp olive oil for sautéing
1 yellow onion, finely diced
1 can pinto beans
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
For Dipping:
Scoops Corn Chips
Pita Chips
Cucumber
Celery
Jicama
DIRECTIONS
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and sauté until translucent. Add the spices and cook for a minute. Add Soyrizo to the onion mixture and cook another 10 minutes.
Add can of beans and cook additional 5 minutes. Serve warm with chips and veggies.
